THE BLUEPRINT PROCESS.

At Blueprint our chiropractor Reid, likes to keep health simple and enjoyable. Creating plans that support and maintain your ideal lifestyle is key for us.

  • We initially conduct a consultation to find out as information about you and your overall wellbeing. We spend time finding out how you are feeling and connecting with your body, to continue to unwind the body to assist you moving forward. But most importantly this also allows you to learn about yourself.

  • We go over the results with you to uncover what we have found, to help you understand your own health and wellbeing, and spine/nervous system.

  • Once we have the results we initiate a unique chiropractic care plan for you. Over the course of the plan, we will be regularly checking-in to see your progress.

  • After the care plan has been carried out, we conduct progress/regular visits with you to continue uncovering your body, mind and nervous system better. During these, we re-assess your spine, body and overall health goals to how we can best assist you.

We have a calm and inviting space at Blueprint Chiropractic that allows a personalised experience in comfort and relaxation. This space allows clients to explore a deeper understanding of their health and wellness.

Massage and beauty services are available in our space by the lovely Crystal from Remedy, Massage and Beauty. She offers a variety of massage and beauty services in one of our rooms here at Blueprint. You can contact us directly to book any of her services.
